 I) Since The items and ranks you are purchasing/donating for are Digital Items, there is a strict no refund/chargeback policy and sales are FINAL. No refunds will be granted except on special conditions. (No chargebacks)

 II) Attempts to circumvent our refund policy via filing unauthorized charges with your credit card company will result in a permanent ban, and may result in a a police investigation or law suit.

 III) The server is not responsible if you or a third party you are purchasing for in the case of a ban, or anything else that may affect your playing experience on SkPrison.

IV) The server can affect your rank/purchase in anyway (Perk removal to all ranks or even termination of someones rank) without refund. By buying anything here, you agree that we have full control over your rank. These events will rarely happen where a purchase item or rank will be terminated or confiscated.

V) If the server is ever to shut down, all purchased items will be void

VI) Because these purchases are "donations" we reserve the right to refuse giving you your item/service

VII) If you are under 18, please have your legal guardian / parent permission to purchase any items from our store.

VIII) We do not assume any liability for our goods being sold by third party users

IX) Every user including our Donors will have to comply with our Rules (/rules in game). DONORS WILL NOT BE GIVEN A SPECIAL TREATMENT BECAUSE THEY MADE A DONATION. 

X) If you entered the wrong username, you have 12 hours to let the staffs know that you put in the wrong username.

XI) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any pricing, benefits, rewards, contact, etc. of any items or services. The item benefits may change at any time without notice.

XII) You agree to indemnify the owner, staff, host, and all other parties related to the server staff. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server staff, whether related to your purchase or not.

XIII) You understand and agree that the use of this website, server, or any other content is made available and provided to you at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind.

XV) You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability of any services, unauthorized action to or alteration of your data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the server or the service.

XVI) We reserve the rights to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or otherwise, with no refund.

XVII) By accepting the terms of this document, you waive your right to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the server, website, staff and administration, members, or any other services relating to this server. You also acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and legally binding.

XVIII) All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted, and will remain active even after you quit, or are banned, removed, or leave the server, website, or other services in any way. 

Refund Policy: Since The items you are purchasing/donating for are Digital Intangible Items. There is a strict no refund policy. Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you your item, and/or give back the items you received No refunds will be granted.

Dispute: Attempts to circumvent our refund policy via filing un-authorized charges with your credit card company will result in a permanent ban, and may result in a a police investigation or law suit. 

Privacy Policy: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
